Reservations and Payment

Reservations may be made online, by telephone or fax. Payments may be made online or directly to the driver.

Full payment is required apon arrival or at the time of booking. On receipt of such payment, Malaga Holidays Direct will issue, the written confirmation with details of the persons involved and the services to be provided. The written confirmation acts as the ‘ticket’ and must be presented to the Malaga Holidays Direct representative for all journeys.
For coach hire from 20 -26 people and from 27 to 54 people, the reservation must be prepaid  by credit card.

Baby Seats

Standard baby seats appropriate for children 4 years of age or younger and booster seats for children from the age of 5 are available at 5 EUR. each per trip apon request at the time you make your reservation.

Private Transfers

All children and infants count towards the occupancy of the vehicle, regardless of age, and thus should be included in the total number of passengers at the time of booking. If you require a child seat for a child, this information should be submitted in your reservation.

Wheelchairs

Inform Malaga Holidays Direct if any passengers will be travelling with a wheelchair, at the time of booking. The correct vehicle will be made available to meet your specific requirements.

Amendments to Reservations

Booking amendments for flight numbers, timings, accommodation name or address and mobile number can be made by using the contacts provided on this website up to 2 days before the service is provided.

Cancellation

If the reservation is for a car, minibus, or minicoach up to 19 people and is canceled up to 2 days before the trip, no cancellation fee will be charged. When canceling a Coach from 20-26 or 27-54 pax, there is no guarantee of a refund and we must check if and money can be refunded.

Late bookings

Bookings can be made up to 24 hours before departure on the website or call 0844 589 0 985 or +34.952 243 242.

Baggage Allowance

Up to 1 item of baggage is allowed per passenger + 1 piece of hand luggage. , golf clubs and excess luggage must be informed at the time of booking as a bigger car may be required.

Transportation Conditions

Malaga Holidays Direct , reserves the right to refuse to transport any person who is or appears to be under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs and/or whose behaviour is considered to pose a threat to the driver, the vehicle or the other passengers. No refunds will be made in these circumstances.

Passengers are not allowed to consume alcohol on any of our vehicles. Smoking is not permitted unless express permission has been given by the driver. All vehicles used by Malaga Holidays Direct are fully insured for passenger and third party claims, as required by the local law. Passenger’s baggage is, however, carried entirely at the passengers own risk and no responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage by Malaga Holidays Direct, Malaga Holidays Direct will not accept any responsibility for costs in returning items.

If the arrival flight is diverted, contact Malaga Holidays Direct using the website or via the telephone numbers provided.

If Malaga Holidays Direct fails for any reason to deliver passengers to their confirmed destination, we will provide a suitable replacement. Reimbursements made by Malaga Holidays Direct for the costs of an alternative means of transport incurred by the passenger to get to their destination, shall be no more than the cost of getting there by taxi.

Service Vehicles

We provide clean vehicles that are replaced on the basis of condition and not age, the majority of our vehicles are less than 3 years old and equipped with air conditioning and all safety features required by law.
